How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

Making someone’s day is easy! During the checkout process, simply look for the checkbox labeled “This is a gift” or “Include Gift Receipt.” Once selected, we will include a printed slip in the package that shows the items included but hides the prices. You can also add a personalized message at no extra cost.

How long do I have to return an order?

We want you to be completely satisfied. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Center online to generate a prepaid label and start the process. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
